Job summary

tap growth ai is seeking a highly analytical User Acquisition Manager to lead growth across acquisition, onboarding, and retention in a fast-paced iGaming environment. You will blend performance marketing, product analytics, and AI-driven experiments to aggressively scale the active player base.

The role emphasizes multi-channel campaigns, frictionless onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and CRM teams to drive revenue growth and optimize ROAS.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Growth Marketing, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years in iGaming, Online Gaming, or FinTech sectors.
• Expert knowledge of paid media bidding, tracking pixels, audiences, and lookalikes.
• Familiar with affiliate networks, SEO, and lifecycle CRM tools.
• Strong data literacy and analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale data-driven acquisition strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Oversee CAC/CPA/CPL and optimize all customer acquisition spend.
• Build rapid testing frameworks and apply AI-driven insights.
• Design campaigns across paid media, organic, referrals, and partnerships.
• Improve onboarding and First-Time Depositor conversion by reducing friction.
