Job summary

Grab is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead performance marketing and paid media in Metro Manila. You will own daily app campaign optimization across major channels and drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.

You will build and scale AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and campaign results, while closely aligning with creative and product teams to boost in-app conversions and onboarding flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in app performance marketing and UA.
• Hands-on expertise in Google (AC), Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
• Deep knowledge of AEO, VO, and in-app funnel conversion.
• AppsFlyer attribution modeling proficiency (including SKAN and Privacy Sandbox).
• Experience building AI-driven automation scripts or predictive LTV models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day app campaign optimization across digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA).
• Drive UA, retargeting, and reactivation strategies to hit scale and CPA targets.
• Build, pioneer, and scale internal and external AI solutions to transform workflows and boost efficiency.
• Analyze AppsFlyer data to inform attribution modeling and decision making.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve in-app CVR and onboarding flows.
