Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Growth Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in the iGaming industry.
• Proven expertise across acquisition, activation, retention and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong data manipulation and analytics skills.
• Understanding of affiliate ecosystems, SEO and lifecycle CRM.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth Planning: develop, execute and scale data‑driven acquisition strategies.
• Marketing Performance & ROI: oversee all acquisition initiatives and optimize CPA/CPL/ROI.
• Experimentation Culture: build a testing framework and scale high‑performing loops with AI tools.
