Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking an experienced IAM leader to drive security operations across multi‑platform infrastructure. The role requires 5+ years in information security with 2+ years in IAM leadership, plus hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, AS400, and databases.

Key tasks include governance, access provisioning, privileged access control, incident response, and driving automation using scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Information Security with leadership in IAM
• 2+ years in IAM or security operations leadership roles
• Experience across Windows Server, Linux/Unix, AS400, databases
• Strong scripting and automation experience
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder skills

• Lead IAM infrastructure operations with governance and compliance
