Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to implement, configure, integrate, and support IAM solutions across global client environments.

This hands-on senior role covers authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, federation, and user lifecycle, with emphasis on PAM, identity governance, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of hands-on IAM engineering, implementation, administration, or operations experience.
• Experience with at least one enterprise IAM platform (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, federation, PAM, and identity lifecycle.
• Experience with IAM protocols/integrations such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, or REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support IAM solutions.
• Manage authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, federation, and user lifecycle.
• Support PAM and Identity Governance solutions.
• Integrate IAM with applications, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide L3 support.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on IAM projects.
