Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Sales Management Trainee to blend technology, business, sales, and leadership. You will identify new ICT opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships while mastering the full sales cycle.

You'll rotate through sales, business development, and commercial operations, receiving mentoring from senior leaders and hands-on training. On-site Cubao, Quezon City with competitive commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; fresh graduates or 1–2 years' experience welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and curiosity about technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new ICT business opportunities.
• Prospect, lead generate, and develop accounts.
• Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations to understand requirements.
• Build relationships with clients, resellers, and partners.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales materials.
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline from engagement to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to tailor solutions.
• Participate in client visits, product demos, and events.
• Engage in formal and hands-on training across sales and business ops.
• Rotate through functions to gain a well-rounded understanding of ICT distribution.
