Job summary

Lancaster Technology and Development Corporation is seeking an ICT Project Manager to plan, lead, and close ICT projects across multiple domains. You will ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating ICT, construction, vendors, and clients.

The role covers end-to-end implementation of infrastructure, security, cloud, data centers, and enterprise systems, while managing risks and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of ICT project management experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise IT infrastructure and software implementation projects.
• Experience managing multi-million-peso ICT projects in government and private sectors.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Manage ICT and construction dependencies, risks, and constraints.
• Oversee procurement, installation, and integration of ICT infrastructure in projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders; track progress and risks.
