Job summary

Good Ice Cream Inc. seeks a Store Supervisor (Team Leader) for its new Salcedo Village shop in Makati. You will lead the shift, manage the crew, handle the cash, and ensure daily opening/closing routines are complete. This role reports to the Store Manager and acts as a stepping stone toward store leadership.

You will train the crew, manage stock and waste, and guarantee food safety and cleanliness for customers who can see the kitchen. English is spoken at the counter; Filipino is welcome.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate.
• Led a shift or a small team before in a café, restaurant, or store.
• You really like ice cream and are ready to explore many flavors and combinations.
• You stay calm when it is busy and do not shout.
• You like teaching the crew and helping them learn flavors.
• We can trust you with money and keys and past employer checks.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the shop, keep the keys, and complete the opening/closing checklist daily.
• Lead the shift and direct the team during busy times; decide actions and fix problems.
• Count cash at closing, handle bank transactions, and report discrepancies.
• Train the crew on flavors and procedures.
• Count stock and waste daily; report shortages to the Store Manager.
• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and safe; customers watch the kitchen.
• Help the crew when problems arise and escalate to the Store Manager as needed.
