Job summary

Ori Creamery in Makati, Philippines is hiring a production-focused team member to help make ice cream for daily service and catering. You will follow recipes, weigh ingredients, and operate the kitchen equipment while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You will also assist with testing new flavours and presenting products at the counter during busy periods. This opening team role requires at least one year in a kitchen, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working in a kitchen; ice cream or gelato experience preferred.
• Must follow recipes exactly and document what you did.

Responsibilities

• Make ice cream: weigh, mix, pasteurise, churn and pack according to recipes and schedule.
• Create inclusions like swirls, sauces, brittle and candied fruit.
• Operate and clean machines (pasteuriser, batch freezer, blast freezer).
• Keep kitchen safe: sanitise, monitor temperatures, manage allergies, label and date items.
