Xurpas Incorporated in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced IBM AS/400 Administrator to lead a technical team and oversee enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve incidents, optimize performance, and enforce best practices for reliability and availability.

The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on IBM AS/400 administration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to automate routine tasks with scripting. On-site work is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of IBM AS/400 Administration experience.
• Expert proficiency in IBM AS/400 Administration.
• Strong knowledge of IBM AS/400 architecture.
• Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Proficient in troubleshooting enterprise systems.
• Familiar with backup and recovery for data integrity.
• Ability to automate routine tasks using scripting.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• The candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in IBM AS /400 Administration.
• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM AS /400 Administration.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and operational procedures related to IBM AS /400 environments.
• Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Ability to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency using scripting or relevant tools.
