Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a General Manager to lead and scale its Iberian PV distribution, spanning Spain and Portugal. You will own full P&L, drive market share, and modernize local operations while managing cross-functional teams.

You will lead B2B sales, secure installer accounts, restructure processes, and coordinate national coverage with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, build-phase environment. Willingness to travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-brand B2B wholesale in PV/solar distribution.
• Experience scaling operations and driving commercial growth in Iberia.
• Strong P&L ownership and cross-functional leadership.
