Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a General Manager to lead and scale its Iberian PV distribution, spanning Spain and Portugal. You will own full P&L, drive market share, and modernize local operations while managing cross-functional teams.

You will lead B2B sales, secure installer accounts, restructure processes, and coordinate national coverage with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, build-phase environment. Willingness to travel nationwide is required.

The Role

An established European renewable energy group is seeking a General Manager to lead, restructure, and scale its wholesale PV distribution business in Iberia. Backed by solid group capital and tier-1 manufacturer partnerships, you will hold full P&L accountability, drive market share, and modernize local operations.

• Commercial Growth: Lead hands-on B2B sales, win targeted installer accounts, and expand the national client portfolio.
• Turnaround & Strategy: Restructure local operations, streamline processes, and prepare regional group entities for full integration.
• Operational Oversight: Direct supply chain, local warehousing (central hub operations), and team performance across Iberia.
• Leadership: Scale the local team into a high-performing, customer-centric unit with clear KPIs.
• Distribution Background: Proven leadership in multi-brand B2B wholesale. Photovoltaic (PV) / Solar distribution experience is strongly preferred; electrical/industrial distribution background considered.
• Commercial Drive: Strong track record selling to trade installers, converting competitor accounts, and growing margins.
• Agility: Comfortable in a hands-on "build phase" environment with high strategic autonomy.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel nationally (~60% field/client management, 40% office/operations).
