Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering Manager to join our client's Cybersecurity team and lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise IAM solutions. You will oversee IAM engineering teams, drive secure identity strategies, and manage the delivery of authentication, authorization, governance, and privileged access solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT.
7+ years in IAM/cybersecurity or related fields.
Proven experience leading IAM delivery teams.
Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, governance.
Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos, JWT, REST APIs.
Certifications such as CISSP or equivalent IAM credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead IAM engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.
Design and implement IAM strategies, frameworks, and technologies.
Oversee authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, federation, privileged access and governance.
Manage IAM platform delivery, operations, automation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address cybersecurity challenges and drive security initiatives.
Ensure adherence to security standards, governance frameworks, and IAM best practices.
