Job summary

FIS in Manila is seeking a mid-level UNIX/Linux IAM/PAM administrator to join the Authorization Services team. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration in Manila with remote work, focusing on managing UNIX/Linux access, privileged accounts, and governance for a large global enterprise.

You will support BoKS and StrongDM deployments, perform access reviews, handle IAM incidents, and work with global cybersecurity, infrastructure, and audit teams to ensure secure, compliant access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in Cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or UNIX/Linux administration.
• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, SSH, sudo, and account management concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and decommission UNIX/Linux user and service accounts.
• Review and fulfill access requests per security policies and SLAs.
• Administer BoKS and StrongDM IAM solutions.
• Investigate and resolve access incidents and authentication issues.
• Perform access reviews, compliance checks, and audit support.
• Develop operational procedures, standards, and documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities through scripting and tooling.
