Pearl Talent is seeking a hands-onOperations role with executive support responsibilities. You will design and run the operational backbone of our client, automate away inefficiency, and own tasks from request to verified outcome.

You’ll partner with engineering and leadership, using AI tools to keep work organized, observable, and moving. Responsibilities include task ownership, stakeholder coordination, proactive risk management, and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Technical background or equivalent fluency working with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Task Ownership & Follow-through: Drive tasks to completion with clear docs and deadlines.
• Phone Calls & Stakeholder Coordination: Handle inbound/outbound calls and log outcomes to meet SLAs.
• Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate issues, create buffers, and maintain deadlines.
• Receipt & Expense Pipeline: Develop system for receipts with weekly reports and reconciliations.
• Workflow Automation: Design low-code automations to streamline tasks with reliable logs.
• Project Operations with Engineering: Check-ins with engineering on progress and blockers.
• AI-Accelerated Execution: Use AI tools to draft communications and SOPs and verify accuracy.
• Documentation & Runbooks: Structure Notion spaces and write up-to-date SOPs.
• Follow-Up Norms: Track waiting-on-others and maintain SLA-driven reminders.
