Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IAM/PAM experience.
• Experience with managed services or outsourced IAM delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools.
• Experience in governance, audit, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven automation and ticket-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Govern IAM/PAM governance for the managed service provider to meet SLAs and compliance.
• Lead IAM strategy, implementation, and optimization across internal, customer identity, and privileged access.
• Define and enforce privileged access policies (least privilege, just-in-time, session monitoring).
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts and systems into PAM platforms by the MSP.
• Monitor access risks, respond to anomalies, and drive automation to reduce service desk tickets.
• Coordinate with security, infrastructure, applications, and business teams to align IAM/PAM with risk posture.
