Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines is seeking an IAM Identity Operations engineer to support SailPoint IdentityIQ and related IAM services, handling lifecycle events, access governance, and incident resolution.

You will work with IAM Platform and managed services to ensure secure, compliant identity management, contribute to automation initiatives, and maintain runbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of IAM operations or support experience.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, and access governance.
• Hands-on experience with database administration (SQL and MSSQL).
• Experience supporting Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and enterprise identity repositories.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for SailPoint IdentityIQ and IAM services, including incident resolution and service requests.
• Execute JML, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, Rehire and lifecycle processes per governance.
• Manage and monitor access governance activities: reviews, certifications, entitlement admin, role assignments.
• Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Collaborate with IAM Platform and Managed Service partners for seamless delivery.
• Maintain operational docs, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI-assisted improvements.
• Monitor platform health and elevate complex issues to IAM Platform experts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for user experience and security.
