With 8–10 years in finance and 4–7 years in people leadership, you will translate regional strategies into disciplined execution, mentor talent, and partner with FP&A to align forecasts with business targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or related certifications preferred.
• Experience in Finance/Invoice-to-Cash operations is required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end collections within defined scope and teams.
• Drive cash performance metrics (DSO, aging) while balancing customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and Credo principles.
• Lead, coach, and develop the collections team.
• Partner with FP&A and senior stakeholders on forecasts and plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
