Job summary

Accor Hotels in the Philippines is seeking a Hygiene Officer to uphold comprehensive sanitation and hygiene standards across all food and beverage operations. You will assist the Hygiene Manager and ensure all food served to guests and staff is free from contamination, while adhering to local health authority requirements.

The role requires at least five years of experience with reputable establishments and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a reputable establishment.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Fusion and MC.
• Certified HACCP or ISO 9001-14001.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sanitation and hygiene standards for all F&B operations.
• Assist Hygiene Manager in maintaining compliance with local health authorities.
• Ensure all served food is free from microbiological, chemical and physical contamination.
