Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a Risk & Fraud Management Auditor in Pampanga to ensure data integrity and compliance with client standards. You will run audits across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, review client reports, and participate in HR hearings as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to detect discrepancies, and a readiness to work holidays, weekends, and night shifts as required by operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of QA/call auditing experience.
• Amenable to work in VXI Clark, Pampanga.
• Willing to work during holidays, weekends, and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Verify that performance is achieved without manipulation or fraudulent behavior.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly audits to detect fraud or manipulation.
• Analyze performance trends to look for patterns and/or discrepancies.
• Detect risks and drill down to root causes.
• Conduct reviews on client-provided reports.
• Represent Risk & Fraud Management Team in HR administrative hearings.
• Participate in calibrations to ensure compliance with client standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies.
• Compiles audit data to be used for account dashboards and reports.
• Review CCTV footages with the Security Team when needed.
• Conduct Risk & Fraud Management talks with new hire classes.
• Tasks that may be assigned by the Management Team.
