Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil seeks a licensed Electrical Engineer to lead the design, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems for hydropower facilities in Cebu. The role focuses on safe, reliable, and efficient power generation with hands-on leadership of a cross-disciplinary team.

You will oversee design, commissioning, and maintenance of generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement through effective project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• 8+ years’ experience, with hydropower background.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of SCADA, protection systems, and grid integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering team and projects.
• Oversee design, commissioning, and maintenance of generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Ensure system reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement maintenance programs and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project delivery.
