Job summary

ASEC Development and Construction Corporation in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a hands-on Senior Electrical Engineer to lead planning, inspection, testing, commissioning, and turnover of complex electrical works on construction projects.

The role requires a licensed Electrical Engineer with at least five years’ experience, strong knowledge of power distribution, AutoCAD, safety standards, and project coordination, working closely with PMs, subs, and clients to meet schedules and quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) in the Philippines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and construction.
Experience with project-based construction environments is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Review electrical scope, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
Provide technical direction for electrical engineering and construction-related issues.
Coordinate electrical activities from construction through pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress and quality of electrical works.
Review designs, shop drawings, and submittals for compliance with project requirements.
Ensure installations comply with approved designs and standards.
Support testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
