Job summary

Global Administrators Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Workforce Analyst to analyze staffing needs, forecast workload, and optimize resource allocation for operational efficiency and SLAs.

You will develop forecasts, create schedules, monitor adherence, and report on capacity. Requires a degree, 2+ years experience, and proficiency in NICE/Verint and Excel. Hybrid work setup with on-site trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years in workforce management, forecasting, or data analysis.
• Proficient in NICE, Verint and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a sense of urgency.
• Must be flexible to any shift assigned due to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-term workload forecasts using historical data and business trends.
• Recommend staffing strategies to meet SLAs and operational goals.
• Create and maintain schedules that align with forecasted demand and employee availability.
• Plan, assign and reassign work daily to staff to maintain SLAs.
• Monitor real-time adherence and adjust staffing plans as needed.
• Analyze workforce metrics (occupancy, shrinkage, productivity) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership on staffing performance and capacity planning.
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements for workforce management systems.
