You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement data migrations, and support payroll transformations while delivering excellent employee experience.

The role emphasizes strong process discipline, effective communication, and the ability to learn and apply AI tools to optimize workflows. Prior Workday and Ceridian Dayforce exposure is desirable.

Qualifications

• UK payroll operations experience and compliance knowledge.
• Experience supporting payroll transformation projects is beneficial.
• Experience with enterprise payroll integrations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit UK payroll data accurately to meet deadlines.
• Ensure UK payroll compliance across the region.
• Complete UK payroll payments and deductions timely.
• Produce monthly payroll reconciliations and support GL.
• Assist Head of Payroll - EMEA with global payroll strategy.
• Deliver best-in-class employee experience for payroll delivery.
• Resolve payroll-related myHR cases.
• Build stakeholder relationships with RELX teams.
• Collaborate with payroll vendor to meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Coordinate admin steps for UK payroll invoices and approvals.
