Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City invites you to join as Travel Product & Operations Specialist. You will load pricing, prepare itineraries, collaborate with sales, and research destinations to develop marketable packages.

The role emphasizes accuracy in pricing, familiarity with Tourplan and WordPress, strong English writing, and the ability to work with the Director and sales team in a hybrid, day-shift environment. Prior travel product experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

Strong computer literacy including Word/Excel and web-based systems.
Pricing, margins, mark-ups, discounts and currency calculations.
Strong written English and ability to present itinerary information clearly.

Responsibilities

Load and maintain product pricing, itineraries, departures and booking conditions in Tourplan and WordPress.
Read supplier tariffs, contracts and offers to ensure accurate prices and margins.
Collaborate with Director and sales team to develop market-driven itineraries and packages.
Research destinations, accommodation, transport, tours to support product development.
