Job summary

V SHIPS SERVICES OCEANA INC. is seeking a Travel Coordinator to manage Marine, Offshore, and Offshore travel arrangements from the Makati office in the Philippines.

You will design travel routes, handle visas, and ensure consis­tent adherence to the Travel Management Policy while maintaining high levels of client and supplier communication. The role requires fluent English, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a busy team.

Qualifications

• Able to use Amadeus or equivalent software.
• Experienced handling Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas clients, Cruises.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Travel Department activities in line with processes.
• Manage relationships with clients and suppliers to maximise business levels.
• Onboard new clients and assist in onboarding processes.
• Produce invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure Travel Management Policy is adhered to at all times.
• Look for opportunities to upsell/cross-sell.
• Escalate accounting queries to resolution.
• Work with colleagues across business units to ensure consistency.
