Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator (Offshore) in the Philippines to manage inquiries, quotations, order processing, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams. The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships and ensuring smooth shipment and documentation workflows.

Candidates should have a Diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years in inside sales or sales support, with knowledge of the oil and gas sector being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or sales support.
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry and products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle and assess customer enquiries and technical queries for offshore products, including rigging and consumables, and prepare accurate technical/commercial quotations.
• Manage sales orders from PO receipt through invoicing and final delivery.
• Liaise with Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Service and Procurement teams to ensure technical requirements, drawings and certifications are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage import/export shipping documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide sales support as required.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records through internal ERP systems and e-filing.
• Assist Accounts with outstanding payment follow-ups when required.
• Perform other duties and assignments as assigned.
