Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Manager I, Training in a hybrid setup to lead and scale training programs for client teams. The role focuses on building a skilled training function, coaching leaders, and aligning QA insights with operations to improve performance.

The role emphasizes developing trainers, coordinating schedules, and maintaining training materials while fostering strong client and departmental relationships to reduce cost and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Training and Quality (TQ) within a BPO environment.
• At least 2 years in a Training and Quality leadership role.
• Strong experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for customer service or operations teams.
• Proven ability to drive performance through coaching, feedback, and QA-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop a department of well-trained, competent professionals who continuously improve the organization and themselves.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Conduct quarterly one-on-ones with Trainers.
• Coordinate with the Quality Supervisor and Operations on consistency issues.
• Create and maintain consultant training schedule; coordinate with Training Managers, Operations, and other Concentrix managers.
• Coordinate the maintenance and development of training workbooks and other training tools used by the Training organization.
