Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Supervisor, Training and Supervisor to guide classroom training and Transactional Monitoring across client programs. The role oversees Evaluators and Trainers, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and directs quality initiatives to reduce costs and improve performance.

The position requires 2-4 years in a contact center environment, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor a team while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience in a contact center or similar setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop a department of well-trained professionals and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate trainer performance and ensure consistency across programs.
• Oversee calibration and training certifications; coordinate action plans with stakeholders.
• Lead coaching sessions and monitor staff to meet metrics and goals.
