Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Supervisor, Training to oversee the analysis, scheduling, and implementation of classroom training and Transactional Monitoring across client programs. You will supervise Evaluators and Trainers, cultivate strong client and department relationships, and drive performance improvements to reduce costs and increase revenue.

The role focuses on directing the Training and Quality function, coordinating calibration sessions, and ensuring adherence to internal and client

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead a multi-site team and mentor staff.
• Proven coaching and development capabilities.
• Self-starter with sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in evaluation and reporting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop a department of well-trained professionals who continuously improve the organization.
• Drive initiatives to improve training quality and process efficiency.
• Evaluate trainers for consistency and accuracy.
• Create and maintain training schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvement action plans.
• Conduct coaching and development sessions with team members.
• Oversee calibration and auditing of training/quality processes.
• Lead cross-functional task forces with Operations, Client, and Account Management teams.
