Finastra Philippines Inc in Manila is seeking an Associate Technical Engineer to join the Universal Banking Customer Support interface, delivering software and services to ensure a world class customer experience.

You will resolve issues, perform root-cause analysis, write technical specs, and collaborate with senior colleagues; testing on beta deliveries or on-site client support may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business IT or related major.
• Very good knowledge of C/C++, including debugging skills and some experience with debugging tools on different operating systems.
• SQL/ Java/ C#.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests, issues, or assistance requests and help them use the product properly.
• Understand reported issues technically and replicate scenarios in Finastra environments.
• Perform technical investigation with root cause analysis and provide solutions or detailed analyses to stakeholders.
