First Circle is hiring a Relationship Manager to build and nurture long-term SME relationships, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored financing solutions. You will drive portfolio growth and ensure exceptional service in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Based in Manila with a hybrid work setup (2 days in our BGC office), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, pursue upsell opportunities, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience for our diverse client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relationship management experience in fintech/e-commerce or startups.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with proven client relationship skills.
• Analytical mindset and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with initiative.
• Strong organizational skills and a network in the business community.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners as the primary contact.
• Assess client needs and advise on suitable financing solutions.
• Manage a portfolio to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and ongoing engagement.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring market trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
