Job summary

First Circle is seeking a customer-oriented Relationship Manager to nurture long-term SME partnerships in the Philippines. The role focuses on understanding clients’ financial needs and presenting tailored financing solutions to support growth.

As part of a fast-growing fintech, you will manage client portfolios, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering exceptional service in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relationship management experience in e-commerce, fintech, or startups.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with high initiative and accountability.
• Organizational and networking abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with SME owners as the primary point of contact.
• Assess client needs and recommend financing solutions.
• Manage a portfolio to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; stay informed on market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services.
