Beepo Inc. in Clark, Pampanga, is seeking an AU Business Development Representative for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will engage prospective customers, present sleep solutions, and convert qualified leads into customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and a consultative approach to meet targets. You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment, using phone, email, and other channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telesales, direct sales, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking directly with customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building.
• Ability to identify customer needs and apply a consultative sales approach.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Experience working with sales targets/KPIs.
• CRM experience.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on new sales leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• Engage prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process and drive conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Meet agreed sales, revenue, and activity targets.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and sales opportunities.
