Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to monitor supplier performance and ensure quality, cost and delivery targets are met. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience (7 years if no degree) and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will conduct supplier audits, drive corrective actions, and work with cross-functional teams to improve quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree.
• 7 years relevant experience in absence of degree.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skill

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure supplier meets quality, cost and delivery requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, analyze defects and implement corrective action with the supplier.
• Ensure corrective action effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
• Work with cross functional team in resolving quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
