Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking a Quality professional in the Philippines to ensure product and process conformity across the Tanauan site. The role focuses on QA, audits, NPI involvement, and collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.

You will develop and maintain control plans, analyze data, and address customer quality issues, with emphasis on ISO/AS9100 compliance, zero-defect delivery, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Engineering degree required or 6 years relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Experience in manufacturing assembly process.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must not have any disciplinary actions within the past year.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including reporting hazards and maintaining safety.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for nonconformities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support creation and review of control plans, PFMEA, and inspection criteria.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and reduce defects.
• Manage customer complaints and quality notifications (QN).
• Support supplier quality management by participating in supplier audits and qualification activities.
• Ensure ISO, AS9100 or other applicable quality standards compliance.
• Train and support operators and staff on quality processes.
• Participate in NPI by reviewing design documents and validating manufacturing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree or similar industry qualification.
• In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience in manufacturing assembly process.
• High proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
• Organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Can work with minimum Supervision.
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
• With at least a year in his/her current position.
