Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. seeks a Demand Planning Supervisor to support forecast development, analysis, and updating using historical sales data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and commercial inputs.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on assumptions, validate projections, and address forecast variances while ensuring data integrity in planning systems and driving improvements in tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand or supply planning (FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
• Familiarity with demand planning systems.

Responsabilités

• Supports development, analysis, and updating of demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and commercial inputs.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on assumptions and validate projections.
• Monitors forecast accuracy and bias, identifies risks and opportunities, and suggests corrective actions.
