Job summary

Cleeng is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel in a high-activity, high-craft role. You will identify target accounts in media and subscription spaces, run personalized multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp, and book qualified meetings for AEs.

This Manila-based role requires 3–4 years in a B2B SaaS outbound SDR/BDR environment, with a proven record of self-sourced meetings and a strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in an outbound SDR or BDR role in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of self-sourced, cold-generated qualified meetings.
• Real craft in multi-channel outbound: sequence building and personalization.
• Strong CRM and sales-engagement discipline: Salesforce plus HubSpot or equivalent.
• Understanding of subscription/SaaS economics (LTV, CAC, churn, conversion funnels).
• Resilience, activity discipline, and structured outreach.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-directed, coachable, quota-driven in meetings and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Outbound meeting generation across defined target accounts in media, OTT and subscription businesses.
• Qualify before handoff using Pain, Champion, Economic buyer criteria and a basic budget/timing.
• Own funnel and report weekly on meetings booked, conversion rates and sequence effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and AEs on messaging and patterns to sharpen the engine.
• Use AI-assisted prospecting and account-research workflows to prospect at volume with personalization.
