Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Taguig (BGC) is looking for an SAP IT Consultant - HR Operations for a hybrid role, blending on-site and remote work.

You will document and align local requirements, implement changes in SAP HCM, and support global HR IT initiatives, including SAP SuccessFactors and BTP.

The position demands 4+ years as a functional consultant, strong SAP knowledge, data analysis skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant.
• Proven SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Master Data (HR) experience.
• Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) preferred.
• Academic background in Technology or Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Document technical details and business processes for local requirements and ensure global alignment.
• Implement requirements within the ContiTech standard IT landscape (e.g., SAP HCM).
• Maintain regional operations and system reliability; address disruptions.
• Coordinate technical requirements with HR Solutions; assist rollout of new features.
• Document local applications and obtain necessary approvals (data protection, cybersecurity).
• Promote lessons learned and stay informed about upgrades and impacts.
