TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an HT IT Consultant in Taguig for a hybrid role. You will lead IT projects, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and ensure high-quality documentation and change management.

The role requires SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors experience, and a strong business understanding of HR processes. Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years min experience as a techno-functional consultant.
• Experience with SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Master Data (HR).
• Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Systems).
• Academic degree in Technology or Business Administration or comparable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects with emphasis on IT realization and vendor coordination.
• Oversee project budget and purchasing processes throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain technical documentation in internal systems (LeanIX).
• Develop change concepts and provide hyper-care support.
• Share lessons learned across teams and promote best practices.
