Job summary

Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management. We are seeking a SAP Payroll Technical Manager/Lead with 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM solutions, including SuccessFactors, to join our HCM Professional Services Americas team.

The role focuses on analysing requirements, delivering scalable payroll solutions, and coordinating across HR Ops, IT, and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP HCM and Payroll implementations.
• Experience with LSMW/BDC and TaxFactory.
• Ability to lead payroll optimization initiatives and liaise across HR Ops, IT, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and propose scalable SAP HCM solutions.
• Develop, document, and deliver high-quality payroll configurations.
• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations from design to testing.
• Coordinate with HR Ops, IT and client teams to ensure alignment.
