Job summary

Strada is seeking a Payroll Associate to support payroll delivery, advise on country-specific regulations, and ensure accurate data management across global clients. You will handle tickets, follow instructions, and maintain strict data confidentiality while contributing to team objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in payroll or HR outsourcing, strong MS Office and HRIS knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of payroll or HR outsourcing experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and HRIS systems.
• Strong data handling and confidentiality awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing to meet calendars and KPIs.
• Advise on client queries and country-specific regulations.
• Ensure accurate data management and timely updates.
• Respond to tickets and calls within SLA and high standard.
• Follow DWIs and help update documentation as needed.
• Maintain system issue reporting with complete details.
