Job summary

Strada is a global leader in people, payroll, and technology, simplifying international workforce management. The Enterprise Engineer Global Implementation Practice will design solutions and coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality settings.

The role emphasizes working with HR technology platforms (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Peoplesoft) and Strada Exchange, with a focus on integration, testing, and implementation across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering.
• Experience in HR and Payroll services.
• Strong technical and software system knowledge on HR technologies such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Peoplesoft.
• Experience with interfaces setup.
• Knowledge of Strada Exchange is a real advantage.
• Experience coordinating between stakeholders within an organization.
• Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
• Service testing experience: System Integration testing, Scenario Based Testing.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with high level of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining Global Mapping documents.
• Set up WL Exchange for new customers via SNOW.
• Set up EFT interfaces and folders.
• Create and follow up on Work Package tickets, Strada Exchange configuration tasks, and sanity checks.
• Support in SSO setup.
• Coordinate connectivity setup for local payroll environments and verify connectivity with Client, AS, and payroll partners.
• Support System Integration Testing: review scenarios and resolve issues.
• Assess impact of release calendars and maintenance windows on timelines.
• Assist DM Consultant with technical issue resolution.
• Support Cutover technical activities.
• Identify improvements in Strada standard solutions and collaborate with Enterprise Architect to implement them.
