Job summary

GHD is seeking a Salesforce Data Administrator (hygiene) to safeguard data quality across Salesforce and Marketing Automation. You will govern, audit, validate, and implement hygiene best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity throughout its lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in data analysis, strong Salesforce and Pardot/MCAE experience, and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data analysis with focus on data hygiene and governance.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot/MCAE.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, pivots and fuzzy matching.

Responsibilities

Oversee and improve Salesforce data hygiene processes for client and marketing data.
Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity throughout the lifecycle.
Mentor junior analysts and monitor data quality trends using analytics tools.
