Job summary

GHD is seeking a Salesforce Data Administrator (hygiene) to join the Marketing and Communications team in the Philippines. You will ensure data quality within Salesforce and the Marketing Automation ecosystem through governance, auditing, and hygiene best practices.

The role includes leading data hygiene processes, audits, governance policy development, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain data integrity across the CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or Data/Analytics.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data analysis with strong focus on data hygiene and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot/MCAE.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions: fuzzy logic for data matching, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Proven track record of improving data quality and implementing data governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve Salesforce data hygiene processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Relational Database Expertise: Strong understanding of relational database principles.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management and hygiene methodologies.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools to monitor data quality and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor junior analysts on data hygiene best practices and standards.
• Proactively provide updates to management on progress and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with teams across Finance and IS.
• Continually learn about GHD’s business and technologies in Clients and Marketing spaces.
