Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an on-site Data Quality / Master Data Management specialist in Metro Manila. The role focuses on reviewing new accounts, preventing duplicates, cleaning data, and maintaining hierarchy and enrichment processes to support Sales Operations.
You will work with Salesforce (Account objects, data loaders, reports) and data quality tools, ensuring accurate records. Some overlap with US business hours may be required.

Account Review: Check all new account requests for naming, duplicates, hierarchy, and required fields before approval.
Duplicate Prevention: Run scans, merge safely, and keep one golden record per customer/partner.
Data Cleanup: Resolve backlog issues like missing fields, wrong ownership, bad addresses, and orphaned records.
Hierarchy Management: Maintain parent/child account links so territories and coverage models work correctly.
Enrichment: Apply third-party data, reconcile conflicts, and keep records accurate.
Reporting: Publish regular scorecards on data hygiene (duplicates, missing fields, cleanup progress).
Standards: Keep account data rules and runbooks updated as requirements change.
Root Cause Fixes: Partner with Sales Ops, Tech, Marketing, and Finance to solve recurring data issues at the process level.
Cycle Support: Provide clean data for segmentation refreshes, territory planning, quarter close, and audits.
3 to 5 years in master data management, CRM data stewardship, sales operations, or a similar data quality role, preferably at a global technology company.
Experience working with Global Technology companies.
Advanced hands-on Salesforce experience with the Account object, record types, duplicate management, Data Loader, list views, and reports. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
Comfortable with data quality tooling such as Salesforce Duplicate Management, DemandTools, or Cloudingo, and with enrichment sources such as ZoomInfo or Dun and Bradstreet.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, pivots, and reconciliation of large record sets. SOQL or SQL is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English. You can turn a data audit into a short, plain summary a sales leader will read.
Willing to maintain some overlap with United States business hours to support the Sales Operations team.
