Job summary

TÜV SÜD PSB Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to promote and sell Management System Certification services. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets in a hybrid work environment based in Pasig City.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing and have at least two years in B2B sales, preferably in certification services. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in certification or related services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries requiring certification services.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide consultative advice on certification requirements.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations of certification services.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals to clients, addressing unique needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients with ongoing support.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
