SiteMinder Limited in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will generate qualified leads, set appointments for the Customer Success team, and contribute to global growth with your energy and sales acumen.

In this fast-paced role, you will connect with decision-makers, manage a growing pipeline across phone and email, and strive to exceed daily and weekly KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience in a BPO or contact center with sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written English speaking to business decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of the B2B sales process and lead generation.
• Experience researching companies and contacts using CRM tools and public sources.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential customers via phone and email.
• Generate qualified leads and create opportunities for the Customer Success team.
• Set appointments and drive pipeline growth through outreach to decision-makers.
• Manage pipeline across channels and track progress in the CRM.
• Meet KPIs on outbound calls, emails, contact rate, and meetings scheduled.
