SiteMinder Limited is seeking an energetic Sales Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for potential customers and drive qualified leads for our Customer Success team.

You will engage in outbound calls, connect with decision-makers, and set high-quality appointments across our global hotel clients. This role rewards a target-driven mindset and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in B2B sales or telemarketing
• Experience in a BPO or contact center environment with targets
• Strong English communication (verbal and written)

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to existing customer base to generate qualified leads
• Set appointments for Customer Success team with decision-makers
• Manage pipeline via CRM and multi-channel outreach (phone, email)
• Achieve KPIs for calls, emails, contact rate and meetings
