Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Risk & Controls Manager to lead offshore risk profiling, design and test controls, and provide independent assurance across Manila-based operations. You will collaborate with Risk, Cyber, Legal, Privacy, Technology, People & Culture, and senior leadership to strengthen risk governance and reporting.

The role requires experience in BPO risk and controls, strong testing and auditing skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across borders.

Qualifications

• BPO risk & controls governance experience in first- or second-line.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently from day-to-day processing.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, data privacy, cybersecurity, and vendor risk.
• Experience designing control test plans and documenting audit-ready workpapers.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management with offshore/onshore leaders.

Responsibilities

• Offshore risk profile development across multiple risk domains.
• Design & test key controls to ensure effectiveness.
• Provide independent challenge and evidence-based assurance.
• Identify control gaps and drive remediation with owners.
• Align risk management with Risk, Legal, Privacy, Technology and exec teams.
• Prepare assurance reports and risk dashboards for exec committees.
